Why Crew Share
Crew Share was built for fishermen, by fishermen. After years of hiring crew for my own boats and watching crew searches get scattered across Facebook posts, comment threads and outdated listings, I wanted one dedicated place where the fishing industry could find crew, find work, buy and sell gear, and connect with the businesses that keep the fleet moving — all in one spot.
